Ms. Jan Ford is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing over two decades of dedicated medical experience to her practice. As a highly respected member of the local medical community, she provides compassionate care to patients across the lifespan.

A proud 21-year veteran of the United States Navy, Ms. Ford retired in 2018. Her passion for helping others, especially fellow military veterans, is central to her work.

Ms. Ford’s extensive credentials include a nursing degree from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and a post-master’s certification in Psychiatry from Maryville University. She has a diverse background, with experience in primary care and emergency room settings.
